You directly provide Cardtokens with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Signup to our Service.
- Uses our Service.
- Use or view our website via your browser's cookies.
How will we use your data?
Cardtokens collects your data so that we can:
- Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
- Email you with important information from the Service
- Track your behavior on our websites.
When we send out notifications, we send using 3rd party agencies. Here is the list of agencies used.

How do we store your data?
Cardtokens securely stores your data encrypted at Amazon Web Services (Cloud Computing Services).
Cardtokens will keep your data for as you are registered using our Services. Once you have terminated your Cardtokens agreement, we will delete your data after 30 days by cleaning up all personal records.
Marketing
Cardtokens uses your data internally for marketing only. Your data is not shared with 3rd parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with 3rd parties in order to technically send out e-mails. We are using the following 3rd party provider for sending marketing e-mails
- Postmark (Wildbit, LLC) for e-mail messages
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Cardtokens from contacting you for marketing purposes.
What are your data protection rights?
Cardtokens would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
- The right to access – You have the right to request Cardtokens for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Cardtokens correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Cardtokens to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Cardtokens erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Cardtokens restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Cardtokens processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Cardtokens transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions. However, we will charge a minimum fee of EUR 100,- per case.
